1. Power Snatch (or Pwr Sn + OHS) – Reps 3-3-2-2 (increasing weight)
2. Hang Muscle/Power Snatch – Reps 10-8-6-4 (increasing weight)
B. Back Squat – Find new 1 RM
***Keep volume low. Only singles once you reach 75% max
C. For Time (7 min time cap):
